They are committing fraud. I sent a $2 deposit for the early-bird offer to buy the camera when it became available. They took the money but never sent any email updates about the camera. Now that the camera is available, they are not selling it to me for the promised price of $129. Be careful.

I got a powerbank from Baseus just under two and a half years back. A while ago, I noticed some tiny cracks appearing on the casing, and they just got worse until the thing stopped working altogether. When I reached out to ask about the warranty, I was told that the two-year guarantee had run out, and they offered me a measly 5% off my next buy as a 'goodwill' gesture. Seems like the company doesn’t really prioritize keeping customers happy. Just a heads up.

I bought a powerbank from Baseus, less than 2 1/2 years ago. Some time ago the powerbank showed small cracks in the housing, which deteriorated until the powerbank did not work anymore. Upon my request about a guarantee, I was informed that the guarantee period of 2 years had expired, so as a “coulance” they offered a 5% discount on a next purchase.
Apparently the company does not care about customer satisfaction.
So be aware.

I've bought their iPhone charger cable several times, but aside from the first one that lasted a whole year, the others barely made it a few weeks. Recently, I got an item that came with a 6-month international warranty, but when I reached out to them and sent a video showing the faulty product, they replied saying, 'it’s just a one-month free return warranty.' The package arrived on 8/11, and I contacted them on 9/12. The quality is really poor, and it’s pricier compared to other brands. A few of my friends have also pointed out its bad quality. So, I’m done with this brand. There are plenty of other options out there that are cheaper and last longer.

It’s very low quality item and it’s expensive compare to other brands. Few friends of mine mentioned it’s bad quality. So, I won’t get this brand anymore. Many brands out there cheaper & long lasting.

Baseus: Great product, lousy seller. Here's my experience: Order ID: 3019530156683747. I paid for a 30,000mAh power bank, and the seller at aliexpresscom/store/1101213261 initially confirmed they would ship it to Hawaii, US. But then, they backed out for various reasons like no logistics available, COVID, and all that jazz. Meanwhile, the same power banks were actually delivered by this seller to the USA just this November (you can see it in the customer feedback on their page). It seems to me that the seller just doesn’t want to fulfill the order because of their own take on the deal (probably not worth it for them after the hefty discount I got on the 11.11 sale). I wouldn’t recommend this seller.

My case: Order ID: 3019530156683747.I paid for power bank 30,000mah, the seller aliexpresscom/store/1101213261 at first confirmed delivery to Hawaii US but afterwards refused to make shipping for the different reasons such as no logistic possibilities, due to covid, blah-blah-blah. Meantime the same power banks as a matter of fact was delivered by this seller to USA in this November.(it is clear from customer's feedback on seller's webpage). I think the seller don't want to supply it due to his own vision of that deal. (not profitable for him after solid discount received by me on 11.11 sale). Not recommend this seller.

AVOID BASEUS PRODUCTS AT ALL COSTS. Seriously, steer clear and spend a bit more on brands that actually care about customer service and provide warranties. You’ll feel a lot better knowing you’re covered if something goes wrong. I've been trying to get in touch with them for months through emails and Twitter, but it’s like talking to a wall. Their so-called power bank, the 30k mAh 65W, started to bloat after just a handful of uses, and now I’m left with no choice but to toss it. It’s been ages waiting for a response, but they just keep ignoring me.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING BRANDED BASEUS. Stay away,pay more for other brands who offer customer service and warranty and have peace of mind if something is malfunctioning. They are ignoring my emails and twitter messages from months,their famous powerbank 30k mah 65w bloated after less then 10 cycles and now I have nothing left to do but throw it away. I have waited for a reply for months,but they are just ignoring every message.

I sell Baseus stuff and I've never had a buyer complain. A lot of my clients return to grab more because of how well they perform. I sold my sister a Baseus speaker about a year back, and she’s still using it without any problems.

I resell basues products and i never had a costumer with an issue. most of my customer would come back to buy more because how well they worked. I sold my sister a baseus speaker a year ago and until now she still has it and its working great.

I’ve been using the Baseus 8L mini fridge for about three months, and it just quit on me. I didn’t even use it that much—only opened the door once or twice daily. It’s in my master bedroom where the air conditioning is usually running, so the temperature isn’t too wild. Still, it didn’t hold up. You’re better off going for a well-known brand that has a solid service center.
